Confirming A Reservation
1. To confirm a reservation, we require 50% deposit which is non-refundable.
2. Bank details will be given upon request and only after the resort confirms availability of the accommodation.
3. After depositing the 50% downpayment based on the bank details, the guest should send us a copy of the deposit
slip thru fax at (02) 914-08-48 or at (02) 667-39-97 or email at info@sabangan.com. Please indicate your name, type of
accommodation and date of reservation on the fax or scanned copy of the bank deposit slip.
We will send a confirmation letter upon receipt of the deposit slip.
The guest will need to present the confirmation letter upon check-in at the resort.
4. The remaining balance will be settled upon check-out at the resort. Credit card payments are now accepted at the resort (Visa, Mastercard and Amex).
Re-scheduling and Forfeiture of Deposit
1. Changes of a confirmed reservation requested 30 days before the reserved date will result in forfeiture of half
of the deposit made (equivalent to 25% of the total bill). Changes of a confirmed reservation requested less than
7 days before the reserved date will result in forfeiture of the deposit made (equivalent to 50% of the total bill).
2. Re-scheduled dates should be within 3 months from the date of reservation. Unused deposits are non-refundable.
Please read these reservation and deposit guidelines carefully. By booking an accommodation at the resort, the guest is deemed to have read, understood and accepted the guidelines stated herein.
