The loft type cottages have two air-conditioned rooms. The 2nd floor bedroom has three double sized beds and an extra mattress; the ground floor bedroom has three double sized beds and an extra mattress. The cottage has 2 private toilet and bath, cable TV, and a patio area. The patio area has a sala set and a refrigerator with complimentary Agua Vida purified water.

Any person in excess of maximum capacity shall be charged at the rate of P1,500/person (without meals). Additional buffet pm snack, dinner, breakfast and am snack package is P1,050/head.
