HOUSE RULES FOR GUESTS

Check In and Check Out

1. Check in time for overnight stay is 12 noon, check out time is 11:00 am the following day. There will be no adjustment in check out time if the guest checks in later than 12 noon.

2. Check in time for day trip is 8:00 am, check out time is 5:00 pm. There will be no adjustment in check out time if the guest comes in later than 8:00 a.m.

The Gazebo

1. The gazebo can only be rented by guests who are checked-in at the bungalow or the bahay kubo.

2. From 8:00 am to 5:00 pm for day trip guests.

3. From 12:00 noon to 9:00 pm for overnight guests.

Bungalows

1. Each bungalow has a kitchenette (6 cu. cm. refrigerator, hot and cold water dispenser with 5 gallon purified water, electric stove, rice cooker, pots and pans, plates, bowls, cups and saucers, silverware).

2. An extra mattress and pillows are already provided per bungalow. The resort does not provide additional mattresses or pillows aside from those already found inside each bungalow.

3. Please refrain from bringing utensils, appliances and furnishings outside of the bungalow. Any missing item shall be charged to the guest.

4. Room safes are provided in each bungalow for guests' use. Please take care of your valuables while staying at the resort.

Items to be brought in by Guests

1. Bringing in of appliances (sound system, extra stove, rice cooker, water dispenser, large appliances that will be plugged into an electrical socket) should be reported before the reserved date.

2. Videoke machine is only allowed if a guest books the whole resort exclusively and use is only until 10 p.m. in the evening. Guests are advised to respect the privacy, comfort and peace of other guests. Please refrain from playing loud music at the resort.

3. The resort should be informed if the guest will bring his/her own tables and chairs or appliances.

4. There is no access to the beach for Jetskis and other watercraft through the resort. We advise guests not to bring their personal jetskis or watercraft to the resort.

Pets and Bonfires

1. Only small breed dogs are allowed in the resort, provided, that the dog is kept in a Vari-kennel at the bungalow patio area (dogs are not allowed inside the bedrooms for health and sanitation reasons). The dog's owner should ensure that the dog will not pose a danger or be a nuisance to the other guests.

2. Any damage to the resort premises caused by the dog will be charged to the guest.

3. In compliance with the Clean Air Act, Bonfires are not allowed at the beach front or within the resort premises.

Waste Disposal

1. The resort practices zero waste management and waste segregation at the resort, kindly separate biodegradable (i.e. food scraps, fruit and vegetable peels) and non-biodegradable wastes when disposing of garbage).

2. Recyclables such as paper (except carbon paper, wax paper, aluminum foil and shiny gift wrappers), plastic (except polystyrene, Styrofoam and doy pack), metal containers and cans, glass, aluminum cans, and tetra pack cartons should be put in separate containers. The resort sends these recyclables to a nearby materials recycling facility.

3. Residuals such as sanitary napkins, diapers, polystyrene, Styrofoam and doy packs are non-recyclable and should be separated from recyclables and bio-degradable material. Only residual waste are collected by the garbage trucks.

Please read these house rules carefully. By booking an accommodation at the resort, the guest is deemed to have read, understood and accepted the house rules stated herein.
